At JWS, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently throughout The Bahamas. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within The Bahamas only, including:

  • New Providence (Nassau)

  • Family Islands (via boat services)

All Family Island shipments are sent by authorized boat carriers, and customers are responsible for collecting their orders from their nearest home dock upon arrival.

Shipping Rates

  • New Providence (Nassau): Free standard delivery or in-store pickup.

  • Family Islands: A flat rate of $17 BSD applies to all orders shipped outside of New Providence.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. Once dispatched, you will be notified with the boat name and estimated arrival time at your designated dock.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the Family Island destination and the boat’s departure schedule. While we aim for timely delivery, exact arrival dates depend on the carrier’s operations and weather conditions.

Order Pick-Up

Family Island customers must collect orders directly from the dock once the shipment has arrived. JWS is not responsible for items left uncollected or delays caused by missed pickups.
